when you are confused and puzzled to an extent that you are fucked beyond comprehension. often used in describing a really, REALLY bad situation in which impending doom is likely.

"Dude, I can't understand a single thing in this calc textbook and my exam is in an hour. I'm confuckled."

Ex- getting confused when your shift starts and show up at a completely different time.
Or-
Mixing up the dates of your doctor's appointment and show up on the wrong day.
