This charming and innocent phrase may seem rather perverted and twisted (OK lets be honest it is). Is usually applied to a boy from 14 to 16 years old who for various reasons are not showing markable signs of physical maturity.
e.g. smooth cheeks, soft hair, baby face features, high voice etc.

Those who appreciate this rare trait are known as CLBILF Hunters and are not in any way pedophiles but are merely appreciating beauty in all of its forms.

May also be abbreviated to just BILF

Check out that CLBILF over there. Lets go stroke his cheeks and fondle his face in a totally non gay way.

But for the truly appreciative, there's this gem. It's the name of a horse racing track in Winnipeg.

Acronym for Current Lower Back Problems. Typically an older woman with large pendulous breasts with just a hint of wanton sag that gamely soldiered on without resorting to a surgical reduction. Such women deserve our respect and admiration.

As an aging boomer, I’m grateful to have my CLBP in my declining years.
