a drug, kind of like morphine, but stronger and chiglier. Originally used by a guy named chiglet in a game called Drug Dealer Simulator. Side effects of chigletamine include: turning into a chiglet (Ivan Master Race), increase of the use of the twitch emote "PepeLaugh", and explosive diarrhea.

Chigletamine got my stummy feelin' sickly.
