Very baggy pants worn by people of a high status. The bottoms of the pants are tucked into the socks, and then the top of the socks are taped so the pants don't untuck. These are not worn with underwear, as you shit and piss into the pants, as well as throw uneaten food down your pants as well. The Browntowners have a cord you pull where they split at the bottoms, releasing the built up shit and piss.

"Hey Pat, have you filled your Browntowners yet this month"

"Yeah, but I released them before going to Walmart yesterday"
