An excessive use of force against a citizen that legally uses violence. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or verbal harassment, physical or mental injury, property damage, and death. You can also classify it as legally defined as a civil rights violation.

2. Incorrectly "correcting" anothers grammar mistake, when you are in fact the one who is wrong.

Anti police brutality movement

A movement that seeks to stop this ugly crime by establishing a watch dog group and an organization that fights for police brutality victims legal rights. And also by placing heavy penalities on those who comit it. Some think that life in prision or death is not too heavy for those cops who brutalize people in the name of the law.
