If we agree that there are grades or strengths to a reality bender's ability (i.e. from "can barely turn something blue" to "godlike"), then it's not too far of a stretch that a SRA is designed to overpower a reality bender of X grade or X strength.

Basically, the SRA forces reality to stay normal more than the bender tries to make reality abnormal.

Anchita

An Anchita is a unique person, as is her name. She isn’t involved with worldly issues, in a way she’s almost divine. She’s also really bad ass and has the slick ass sense of humor. Aanchal

It literally means the end of a saree, the traditional indian dress for women - also a name.
Now it has grown someone who is whimsical, happy, free flowing, spirited and independent and really really pretty! but slightly mad!

Weigh Anchor

Variation 1: When a male's private part is so long or the shorts (and underwear) are so short, that the male private part dips below the bottom of underwear and is visible below the bottom hem.

Variation 2: When a man's private parts are so long that they dip into the water in a urinal.

Var 1: "Dude, you need longer shorts. You're weighing anchor."

Var 2: "Man, I hate when I weigh anchor. That urinal water is disgusting."
