A slang term used to refer to Xanax, a potent anti-anxiety medication called a benzodiazepine that can cause a high similar to alcohol intoxication. It was a very popular drug in rap culture until the death of Lil Peep, who died from taking fake Xanax pills that contained fentanyl. Before it lost it's appeal, many rappers have made references to this drug, including Lil Pump, Comethazine, Smokepurpp, Juicy J, Famous Dex, Chief Keef, Lil Wayne, Migos, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Lil Xan, Kodak Black, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Baby, and many more.
