The pathological need to be cruel and inflict emotional pain because you get off on it,

you feed on it, you are projecting your own negativity onto others(maybe you're relieved psychologically by this?),
and it gives your evil essence a sense of power.

It is said/used after successfully tricking another person. Sometimes used to tell someone you were being sarcastic about the matter.

If used correctly, the other person should say "arms" or feel the emotion behind "arms".

James:" Hey, do you think I'm so pro in LoL?"
