Extremely Dangerous: 1) they are humans in form; 2) they are narcissistic sociopaths or psychopaths who learned to wear a mask; 3) only their victims see them w/o the mask; 4) generally, they are ever rising in society to greater heights.
First, they groom a victim. Generally, this is someone with limited social connections and resources, has low self-esteem or is naïve, is loving and kind, emotional, a friend to all, even virtuous DELICIOUS!, easy to manipulate. Next, smear campaigns are deployed to drive wedges between the target and their social network. These smear campaigns may be pure torina in the sense that the torina vampyre is accusing the target either of what the vampyre has done or is getting ready to do--inoculating the vampyre preemptively from investigations.
