The person is wearing drawed features (That's by society) is called ugly like glasses, acne, dimpels & ugly eyebrows. They typically dance, or do some ugly faces. After that they put their hands on the camera and stop recording. They start putting a lot of makeup on, in the hope that will actually start looking pretty. And then start recording again, by starting with a hand over the screen.
