A time in rap from 2016-2019 where depressed rappers that either sounded like crying babies or overused autotune were popular, ecspecially among wanna be depressed 12 year olds at the time. Some popular artists include playboi carti, xxxtentacion, juice wrld, Lil uzi vert, Lil skies, Lil xan, etc.
