Cream Sleeves

Similar to the common practice of impregnating cows by inserting semen by hand, cream sleeves are the traditional method of shoving a fistful of cocaine into a partner's vaginal canal. Sure to be a pleasant experience for both involved in this loving act, the sleeve-ful member of the relationship allows the inserter to then suck or snort out the now (well-churned) concoction.
