shipley school

Possibly the most overrated school on the main line. Somehow was ranked number 2 on the main line behind the haverford school. They could not compete in the inter-ac so they had to leave the conference, and join the worst conference in the state. No one knows why the school gets so much hype.... maybe because parents of children there run the papers and magazines?? Very artsy school, sucks at most sports except crew. The guys are tools, the girls are beat. I would go there but im not an artsy non athletic freak.

Argueably the gayest school of all time. Formerly a girls school until the mid '80s the shipley school still doesn't have a football team and an absolutely horrible lacrosse program. Although the main line times is always sucking on their D about sports, they actually suck.
