When cutting your lawn adjacent to your neighbors yard, when complete, go right up to the property line and slightly over it lower the blade 1/2 of an inch lower than the blade height that you use to cut the rest of the lawn and deliberately scalp the strip of land that serves as an abutment to the two properties and disrespect your neighbor deliberately. The scalp of disrespect both disrespects your neighbor and displays dominance and masculinity in a more presentable property.

Nootsack Scalp

The unfortunate condition, when you have excessive skin on your cranium, thus the skin has that scrunched-up look, like a Shar-pei puppy. Actual medical terminology is Nut-sack Scalp, Nootsack Scalp is the "street" version of the condition.
