The new term for MILF, derived from the Busted Tees SILF (sandwich i'd like to fuck) t-shirt. Since one can no longer yell MILF! in order to point out a milf when in public, it can be replaced with sandwich. If a person yells sandwich in public, nobody will think anything of it, except that maybe you are crazy...
