The new term for MILF, derived from the Busted Tees SILF (sandwich i'd like to fuck) t-shirt. Since one can no longer yell MILF! in order to point out a milf when in public, it can be replaced with sandwich. If a person yells sandwich in public, nobody will think anything of it, except that maybe you are crazy...
Bro 1: YO DUDE CHECK OUT THAT TOTAL MILF
MILF: (SLAP'S BRO 1 ON THE FACE)
Bro 2: Yo man, you can't just yell milf anymore, everyone knows the meaning.
Following day..
Bro 1: YO DUDE CHECK OUT THAT TOTAL SANDWICH!
MILF: (CONTINUES TO MIND HER OWN BUSINESS)
Bro 2: That total what?!?
Bro 1: That total sandwich man; that's the replacement for MILF, so I don't get slapped across the face like yesterday.
