Pronounced: ree-ree-peet (verb) To say something that no one responds to, and then saying the same thing again, usually louder than before, in anticipation of a response. In reality, everyone heard you the first time, but they don't give a shit - that's why you were ignored. But you say the same thing again anyway, like a complete retard, and still get no response. That's because no one cares, dumbass. This idiot then typically changes the subject to try to alleviate the resulting awkward silence.
Retard: I just drank four shots and five beers, and then I took three bong hits!
*Awkward silence*
Retard: I JUST DRANK FOUR SHOTS AND FIVE BEERS, AND THEN I TOOK THREE BONG HITS!!!
*More awkward silence*
Retard: So... nice weather we're having...
Random guy: That dude totally just re-re-peated.
Random girl: He's such a re-re.

A person who metaphorically licks windows over and over (consistently) again Ana again assuming that they must be retarded.
Jacque with her horrible management skills, even with her degree, fires all her employees for being "too nice" that she is widely viewed as a re-re window licker.

A kind way to call someone an idiot by not offending individuals with special needs by using the word "retard"
Someone else: Where are my keys?
(The keys are sitting right in front of them)
You: They are right in front of you, you re-re-magee!
