Fluff and Puff represents toxic processed foods and immoral lifestyles practiced by people. This includes oreo cookies and s&m clubs.

I do not want to eat Hershey's chocolate. Is Fluff and Puff. If I eat too much fluffy is mental illness.

Proffer

In federal criminal cases, cooperating with the government is commonly known as a proffer agreement, interview, proffer letter, or a “Queen for a Day” letter.

A proffer agreement is a written contract between a federal prosecutor and defendant, or a person under a criminal investigation, where they will make an agreement to give the prosecutor useful information. Their statements won't be used against them later in a criminal proceeding.

fluffy puff marshmallows

Advertised by Homestar Runner, who eats about 147 of them with a "tall glass of melonade!" (or marmalade). It's mascot is a big white marshmellow called Marshie (thats M, then arshie!). Not to be confused with "Flushy Push Marshmellows", "Fluffity Puffity Marshalades" or "Fluffy Puffies".

Homestar: "Before I drink a tall glass of melonade, I like to eat about 147 FLUSHY PUSH MARSHMELLOWS! Seriously folks..."
Director: "Cut! You said Flushy Push."
