Plappert

To believe anything you are told when it comes to chatting up a member of the opposite sex. 'Plapperts' are stupid, oblivious and will do whatever you tell them to. They think they are talking dirty but really they're just talking a load of funny shit and it gives everyone around them a good laugh.

'I dream of shaving you head, eyebrows included, so i can redraw some features with a permanent marker to make you the perfect woman. this is often the dream i have before i wake up in my own piss.'

'Do you want me to talk dirty? Yes or no.'
'Yes.'
'Okay. I want you to make me purr with excitement, for Roberta, for Peter and for Phyllis, for i am the embodiment of the railway children and subsequently i do like a good rag on.'

Not to be confused with the other definitions of plappy.

plaps

Bits of ugly fat hanging over the top of hipster jeans when someone squeezes into a size too small.
Most visible from behind, the unsighly bulges can be spotted in almost any pub or night club in the UK on a Friday or Saturday night, and sightings have been reported during the daytime too.
The hipster jeans are usually accompanied by a tight t-shirt which rides up to the narrower part of the body due to the width of the plaps, making them more obvious. The t-shirt may also be a size too small, although this is not always the case.
