Similar in many ways to water boarding in that the feeling of the liquid quickly becomes frightening and the victim begins to panic.
Getting a runny nose while your hands are tied and you are unable in any way to wipe the drip from your nose/upper lip. The ticklish sensation can often send a person into a mild panic attack.
