a female (usually an African American woman) who wears gawdy jewelry, bright shoes, and a ghetto hair do. Usu ally these women are perceived as not knowing their baby dadyand parade around looking for money to pay for their children.

Two teenagers people watching at the mall:
Johnny: Hey Suzie, do you see that girl walking out of the hair place?
Suzie: No. Where? I don't see her.
Johnny: She is the one with the fake weave and ghetto outfit.
Suzie: Yeah. She is such a Cheapo Sha'Niqua.

A non-offensive way that one afro-american rapper uses to refer to another. Ice Cube makes use of this in Lil' John's "Real Nigga Roll Call," and he uses it at the end of every stanza he sings within the song.

"It's Ice Cube, NIQUAH. And just in time, NIQUAH. So if ya drunk, NIQUAH, Keep it crunk, NIQUAH."

Neuqua Valley

Neuqua valley is the type of school that you either love or hate, but everyone hates it except half the kids that go there. It's not a bad school, it is known for athletics and sometimes academics. It's not a bad school, it's even a good school compared to other public schools around Chicagoland, but it's not great. The academics are average, and more students that go there every year don't give two shits about learning. The kids love to act as if their rich, but they just have one or two designer things they cycle through for their bragging. There are pretty good athletes though, I won't lie.

All of the schools in the area used to be jealous of the kids and the school overall, but now most people view it more often as a drug school.

Person B: Neuqua Valley
Person A: Your school is hilarious, what happened

Neaqua Valley

A stupid school full of people who think that they are rich but really arn't, it's just that there parents organize silly clubs and pretend to be rich. They are well known for endorsing cheating on the AP tests and thusly getting pissed off when the College Board reports that they are shitty and have worse scores than Waubonsie, their main rival.

Neaqua Valley student: I go to Neaqua, thats right, ima rich
reality: My parents think they are rich and like to organize clubs with there wannabe rich friends and pretend to have a cool high school while using their retirement funds to spoil their kids, who all end up as losers.
