In buddhism, the demon Mara holds the wheel of life, and is the final test before one enters Nirvana.
Gautama Buddha taught the monks that when one has overcome his 5 Skandahs, understood the 4 truths of suffering and completed the eight-stepped path, he would be able to break out of Samsara and face the dreadful Mara. When the monk had no Karma, he would not fear Mara and he would slip into Nirvana.

She is a motherly friend, who is always up to give some of the best advice you’ll ever receive. she is really kind and funny and is one of the loyalest people you’ll ever meet. she is always up for a rant or gossip, but she will never talk about you behind your back, as if she does have something to say, she will tell you.
