Urban Limo

Department of transportation vehicle that transports multiple passengers to various locations. It is usually late, takes three times as long to get anywhere and let's you off blocks to miles from your intended arrival location.

i.e.- The Bus

"I'm going to be a half hour late to work because the urban limo picked me up late and took a detour..."
