Nostalgiatard

Grown adults who are stuck in past and think that decades like the 90s were flawless. They're founded everywhere on social media and they hate certain things and technologies just because it wasn't from the decade they grew up with, but if someone likes those things then the nostalgiatard will force-feed you dumb excuses and call you names. They appear in all kinds of medias such as music, cartoons, movies, books, etc. Most of them usually spam these "only 90s kids know this" posts on social media sites. They have a large habit of comparing old media to new media. The "90s kids" who constantly brag weren't even from the 90s and were born in like 1999 trying to look cool. They always say that the 00s+ kids had a bad childhood even though every decade had its flaws and often stereotype the younger generations. They're founded in lots of YouTube comment sections, especially music videos. Most young kids are also nostalgiatards who weren't even around in decades like the 50s or 80s. They really love to hate on games like fortnite, cartoons like teen titans go, and music artists like justin beiber and make hate art and send death threats to the people who like those medias.

Person 1: I like TTG and S4+ SBSP!
Person 2: Dude those shows suck and you have bad taste!

A person who is so accustomed to the past they have nothing else better to do than to buy/acquire ancient relics (Nintendo/Old toys) and blog about them.

Person 1: "take a look at what I got (legend of Zelda) childhood here I come!" Person 2: "oh cool want to go get a drink later?" Person 1: "no man I must blog/live in my childhood once more!" Person 2: "are you just going to reminisce all the time and live in the past or are you going to move on with your life?" Person 1: "I also have all the Tmnt cartoons/games omg nostalgiagamsm!" Person 2: "nostalgia whore."

Someone who devotes their entire personality to "retro" and "80s - 90s" content. This can include music like vaporwave and shitty wannabe japanese 90s Tokyo drift bullshit with the lined background with compressed images. The only actual song from 80s era they could mention would probably be Africa by Toto. They will also show their nostalgifaggyness by wearing shirts with retrowave bullshit or by making it a wallpaper on their iphone200XLR.

EG. "Green Day have sucked since 2004, but they know it doesn't matter, they've got you by the nostalgia sack. All they have to do is promise to play tracks off of "Dookie" and you'll continue to help them buy new Yachts while excusing their awful fucking music.
