An entrepreneur who creates a company based on a flawed business model or fraudulent technology solely for the purpose of enriching themselves via salary, rent paid to self, travel, etc. Usually exhibits pathological narcissism, megalomania, delusions of grandeur, inability to experience empathy, inability to tell the truth.

That guy who just presented his idiotic solar cryptocurrency business plan has to be a kleptopreneur because there is no other way to explain his business model.
