One of the nicest human on earth. She has a gorgeous smile and laugh... New Zealand slang; a derogatory term for an extremely short or poorly executed haircut, usually on a male. May be a contraction of "skinner". Popular in the 1960s and 70s but seldom heard among the younger generation today, who have no equivalent.
