JOMO stands for "
Joy of Missing Out". It's the opposite of
FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). A state of mental
joy and satisfaction caused by not taking
part in events/activities. JOMO is a way to combat the pressure to be everywhere and do everything. It allows you to be selective with your social life and prioritize self-care.
