what high-powered, wealthy douchebags entitle upon themselves while passing on massive tax hikes to the little man. Have no effect on the ability to hold high ranking position in Democratic cabinet, as long as the cuts are treated upon discovery. Also known as "goth taxes", since they apparently cut themselves.
