A man whose obsesssed with the Twitch streamer Kamimuto. They usually have absolutely no lives and ride his dick 24/7 because they have nothing better to do with themselves. A big example of a Kamisexual is one who thinks about Kamimuto 24/7 and tends to talk about him constantly out of their sheer obsession of the man.
