Garnet is the current leader of the Crystal Gems, a group that rebelled against Homeworld and the Diamonds. Garnet is a fusion of two gems: A ruby and a sapphire. Garnet can see into the future because of sapphire's future vision ability and is incredibly strong because of ruby. Garnet is the embodiment of ruby and sapphire's love for each other.
