1) Markedly disrupts traffic on a roadway or parking lot.
2) Makes illegal or incorrect use of a handicapped accessible spot(s) or adjacent loading areas.
3) Uses more than one parking spot, and in doing so inconveniences others due to traffic volume or ease of accessibility. A vehicle parked in more than one spot when a parking area is less than 50% utilized does not constitute fuckheadery.
4) Ignores the availability of special parking areas (trailer, rv, etc.), and in doing so inconveniences other drivers. However, should special parking not be available, driver shall make his best effort to use as few spaces as possible, as far from the business as possible, to not cause inconvenience to others.
5) Blocks access to designated no parking areas. Manned vehicles are exempt if their presence does not create an immediate traffic or safety concern.
6) In any way significantly impedes access to a public or private driveway.
7) Blocks a pedestrian walkway in such a manner that a pedestrian is put in great peril by seeking an alternate route.
8) Denies fuel pump access to other drivers except while driver is actively fueling the vehicle. Once driver has completed fueling the vehicle, they should proceed to a proper parking area before conducting other business.
9) Otherwise causes true and frivolous inconvenience to other drivers by loss of time, diminished capacity, or restriction of access.
