Felipa, Is the girl's version of Felipe. Or Phillip. It is usuially a name in the latinos area, used on Girls. Most Felipas Are Hardworking, and have atleast one best friend that sticks around for them at all times. They are usually nice and have a nice personality. They will perform acts of kindness , even if they don't get anything back.

I went out with Felipa, and she bought me a pair of Heels. I appreciate it so much.

A word made popular in and around the Boston area. Used to describe a females vagina lips. The trueshockerinvolved tickling the piss flippas with your thumb while inserting one in the pink and the other in the stink.
