A good example of this is Kelly Osbourne, pre weight loss. She is now simply ugly, however before weight loss, she was one of the most famous chugley's in the world.

Similar to a Chubby Chaser only with drunk girls instead of fat girls. Someone who is attracted to girls who have drinking problems is a Chuggy Chaser.
