Chevere

The closest definition is 'bitchen', except it doesn't have a lame or gaybob association of usage like 'bitchen' does. It can also be used to say 'cool', in the less emphatic usage, but its typical usage is emphatic and, while it is often used emphatically without 'que' (meaning 'how'), it is commonly used with 'que' to say "Que chevere!" -- that is, "How bitchen!"

I don't know about the origin, but it's common in Peru.

A: I won a free trip to Hawaii.
B: Que chevere!

Misspelling of the capital of Wyoming

Feisty, extremely short female usually around 5' 2". Seattle sea-chicken lover with a Denver Broncos fan for a daughter. Goes by the nickname Chey, which is prounounced like hey shay let's go see a play, or shy which she is not. May suffer from multiple personality disorders and other psychiatric illnesses. Total butt munch with lots of wrinkles. Claims to be young but she's not fooling anyone.

Cheyene is a closet Broncos fan.

The biggest racist in the room is.....Chey who eats hay.
