A modern malay term coined to depict something that's not working how it's expected to be.

Derived from the malay word "fungsi" which means "function", "dungsi" simply means the opposite.

Typically used among the Katu people.

Kalau peti sejuk tidak dijaga dengan baik, lama lama nanti pasti akan berdungsi.

Beikun

is most definitely a furry but no one knows about it. Beikun has black hair and is around 5'2. Not very straight, but we don't talk about that. My dude is also a stalker in his free time and has got a killer sense of style. Beikun wears glasses and is very smart, especially in math. Berkut

Ukrainian special police force that became notorious for treating cruelly peaceful protesters during the so-called Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine in 2014. "Berkut" acquired negative connotatoin and is associated with a ruthless goon in a police uniform who uses brutal force without any objective need, jut to satisfy their own sadistic inclinations. Berkut special force unit was dissolved in the aftermath of the 2014 revolution in Ukraine.

We had to stick together when passing through the area, since Berkut bastards were on the prowl ready to grab lone passers-by and arrest them for 'extremism'.
