Boner Baby

A medical phenomenon where a newborn infant achieves an erection while passing through the birth canal. The sensation that the infant experiences when his erection comes into contact with his mother's vulva may sometimes cause small amounts of ejaculation. This ejaculate will either shoot onto the delivering doctor's face (see: bukkake), or will enter the mother's vaginal opening. In the instance of the latter, the mother may become pregnant with her newborn son's semen. The resulting child will be the product of the Boner Baby's. Because Boner Baby Syndrome (BBS) is a hereditary trait, the cycle may continue indefinitely.

Consequently, those born with a hermaphroditic condition (also known as Ensignitis) may also be capable of BBS.
