When a person, in an attempt to be sly or strategic, throws out a question with the intent to obtain specific information.
When he asked, "In your opinion, if I were to be hired for this role, what position/positions do you believe would be the most valuable to add to the team?" His intent was to find out how large the company's workload gaps were through a weighted throw.
