In the UK 'Gimp' defines a person who believes they are 'cool' but regarded as uncool by everyone around them. Often they believe they are more atrractive than they really are.

Gimpsnatcher is defined as somebody who indulges in painful sado-masochisitic activities, often in solitary, because of a complete lack of social connection or sexual relations.
A snatcher can also dominiate, seek out and kidnap people of like-mind to indulge in gratifications due to lack of social mobility and success.
