A kid, ages 10-14 who bitches and cries at CoD because the kill wasnt "fair" and rages at others,calling everyone a faggot, to seem cool.

Mirabelli is such a tool, not only does he lack any real command authority, he blindly enforces the regulations. If you go to him with a real problem chances are you are getting pulled.

Someone who often times calls others tools to make themselves feel less toolish. Naturally the opposite occurs and they become even more of a tool. In some cases they are sluttly as well. This makes them a dildo.
