Mankitoa disease was first identified in 2022 when the foot of a dwarf living in the UK swelled five times its normal size. The toes of the infected foot are usually bright red and shiny, sometimes scaly, sometimes itchy. They will almost always feel like you’ve walked across a pit of flaming hot lava. Just one look at an infected foot will spread the disease, so watch out, or don’t!

Whatever you do, don’t look at his feet! He has Mankitoa disease.

Leader of Tokyo Manji Gang and leader of Kanto Manji Gang in another timeline. Manjiro also goes by the nickname Mikey, shprt for Michael. The name Michael was decided by himself as a nickname was for his adopted sister which has an american name. Mikey did not want his sister to feel left out as her name is Emma.
