The hairball complex is very similar to people who are narcissistic however instead of putting there needs first or wanting to be the center of attention someone with the hairball complex will refuse to speak to you and/or block you if you even slightly do something they don't approve of

Dave T.: no I haven't met him but I'll probably avoid him if he has a hair all complex.
