The point at which the number of tabs open in your browser results in the small tab icon (favicon) disappearing.
As in: 'hitting the favicon wall'
The result being that you are no longer able to identify which tab is which, and must therefore either go though them one by one, or start closing tabs in order to (once again) see each tab's favicon, so that you can easily identify the content of each tab.

Walking walls tend to move extremely slowly, causing everyone stuck behind them to move at a snail's pace. Since walking walls tend to take up the width of a hallway, passing one would be impossible.

It was a natural outgrowth of the mosh pit, when people wanted to break into the pit they would form a line and literally rush the pit, becoming part of it.
It became extremely popular, as did slam dancing and other forms of punk dancing, in the mainstream a few years after it started. This is true for most things punk and true metal did.
One of the clearest examples of this was performed by a crust punk band with a cult following for the late 90s and early 2000s called R.A.M.B.O. where they would encourage the crowd to dress up as either protestors or cops and stage a mock riot. The two sides would form up and then 'wall o death!' each other.
So, sorry children, Lamb of God did not originate this.

Get the Wall of Deathmug. A wall kid is a male or female high school celebrity that stands by a wall (but in reality it is a railing). They drive jeeps, throw a pigskin a quarter mile, drink enormous amounts of liquor, and have a better life than you. They cannot survive without their friends, they run the school, they do not care about your opinion, and they only wear sports attire. These exclusive people will not move for you in the hallway and have the front row reserved for them at sporting events. You will spot a male wall being sporting mid calf stockings and a "sick flow" hairstyle. A female wall child is a girl that is a future model already planning plastic surgery. In a nutshell you will never be a wall kid, if you think you are a wall kid go take a good long look at yourself in the mirror.
Wall Kid: "Yo bro! How come you don't stand by the wall?"
Normal Kid: "Because I am not a wall kid and I have common sense."
