When you're wiping your ass, and your finger pokes through the toilet paper and you end up two knuckles deep in your bum. Often turning a regular whipe into a pleasant surprise (or not). Also can occur when a simple scratch turns into a poke, (or two). The job isn't done without a quick whiff at the end.
