Swole

Is when 2 or more inmates from the same block each throw in a ramen noodle, along with your dinner tray. Lock down and count was always done after a certain time so during that hour you would take your ramen items, and dinners. Combine them into a trash bag with warm water and watch it "swell" up during that hour... Giving each of you WAY more than enough to eat... Can be applied on the outside also, but this will fall in line with certain casseroles.

I've got 2 beef ramen along with my chicken dinner to throw in on tonights swole!!! Gonna be good eatin for sure.
