a synonym for the word "intense". When the syllables of the adjective intense are isolated and said slowly the two words "IN" and "TENTS" can be drawn from the word. The relation here to the word camping is that when camping is conducted by people whether it be in a forest, jungle, arctic landscape, etc people usually choose a tent or tent like domicile for shelter.

The act of setting up camp or sleeping in an Urban environment without the luxuries of home. This can include sleeping in your car, passing out on the sidewalk, spending all night in line, setting up camp on the streets or even camping in a park that is far to close to a major metropolitan area to be considered “roughing it.”
