Scavenger Smoker

A person who often uses others or bums from other people for a hit or maybe an entire tobacco or marijuana cigarette. Often times a person becomes a scavenger smoker because of lack of income.

Scavenger smoker: "You know if I had be some weed I'd smoke it wit' you, don't be stengy."

Typical response when someone mishears a word. This phrase lets the person know that they have, in fact, heard wrong, and, that they are quite stupid.

Did you just say "Tiny poodles invaded Finland?"
No, I said "My in-laws are coming from Newfoundland." Way to steal a monkey, save a hashbrown.

Slang for saving and/or helping someone in a situation such as avoiding stalkers or carrying someone out of a burning building. Most commonly used as a term for those who manage to keep the buttons on a jacket from receiving much stress.

Dude 1: I'm gonna sit down
Dude 2: Unbutton your jacket! Keeping it buttoned and sitting down could strech them out!
Dude 1: thanks man! You saved my buttons!

Showing up at a bar or other ale-house approximately 30 minutes before closing time, proceeding to hit on women who are clearly drunk with the sole intent of taking them home without having to buy them any drinks yourself.

The bouncer cleared the bar of drunkies and I took to the streets outside to see if I could scavenge myself a good time.
