The most offensive and racially insulting thing to call a white person is "a racist." They will laugh off things like "kracker", or "honky". But calling them "a racist" will either get you hurt or to lose your job.

Danielle got called a Honky and a kracker, and she just laughed. But when I called her a racist, she started screaming and trying to beat the ever loving shit out of me. I found the white person's N-Word! :D
