House party

A party usually thrown by a high schooler/teenager without their parents' knowledge or permission. Typically thrown while parents are on vacation or gone for an extended amount of hours. Classic high school house party involves alcohol, weed, music, and people hooking up and/or having sex. Many times the house is left in a complete mess and sometimes is damaged. Very risky, as parents may find out, neighbors may complain, and cops may get called if it's wild enough - but if done right it's so worth it.

Joe's parents went to Connecticut for the weekend so he threw a house party.

House Money

When you are playing in a gambling enviroment ex. Casino,Racetrack,Bookie etc.. And you are in the black and feeling good. You tend to play on with an attitude that if you lose it is not your $ but the house instead.

My man I just scored today with the Colts for $500. I got now spending money my man. I am playing with the house money now. Yea I can bet $100 more on something else and if I win I win more, if I lose I am only losing with the HOUSE MONEY. No big deal.

gas house

Gas house is a way to prepare eggs, usually referred to as gashouse eggs, although other names are popular for this dish as well. It consists of making toast on a grill or skillet, poking a hole in it with the an inverted glass, setting the piece aside on the griddle/skillet and then putting an egg in, cooking, and using the cutout for dipping. really good stuff. Enjoyed by many, featured in a few films.
