Algoholic /ˌæl.ɡəˈhɒl.ɪk/ (noun)

Definition: A person who has a compulsive need to consume algorithmically curated content, specifically short-form videos like TikToks, Reels, or Shorts.

Usage: "I was going to bed at 10 PM, but I turned into a total algoholic and scrolled until 2 AM."

Usage as an Insult:

A person who lives a normal life on weekdays, but at the weekend gets so drunk that he/she forgets what happend to him (this whole act happens at home, lonely andwhile playing online games). The preferred beverage is usually beer.

Person 2: He is a Weekend alcoholist, so probably drinking at home

young alchoholic

Someone doesn't think/foresee that they will ever do the things the assholes of an older generation (especially their asshole father) did, because they are so much more compassionate and hip in their 20s than the people before them.

This young alchoholic is going to change the guard and the world into what exactly? Something better than it is now, something improved? People have been trying to do that for millenia, and look how fucked up the world and the people in it still are. I think he needs a little tough love, he already gets enough compassion from people.
