The dump a female takes not because she actually has to but because her period makes her need to. This is due to the hormones that signal the release of the lining of the uterus also signalling the gastro system, making the bowels move more.

Jake: "Why did you take so long to get here?! I was waiting forever!"

The enlarged version of a girl's tits while she is premenstrual and/or menstrual. Generally happens about a week to 4 days before starting her flow and may last throughout the week of her period, as well. Usually adds a half a cup size or even a full cup size to the female's nonmenstrual rack.

I thought I found a woman with bodacious tits, but it turned out they were only temporary period boobs. Bummer.

Period cramps 

The pain caused by the contractions the uterus undergoes during the menstrual period.

Males- while you may get unexplained erections on occasion, it is not comparable to period cramps. Period cramps are an experience (that often feels like death itself) that many women suffer through for several days each month.
Keep this in mind for future endeavors.

Period Pals

Period Pals are two or more women who receive "nature's gift" at the same time.

Usually they hang out with each other, participating in activities one normally does alone when on their period; such as watching Leonardo DiCaprio movies in the fetal position or complaining about how the cramps this month are worse than any other woman's ever experienced in the history of menstruation.

Sue: Tom invited me out to dinner, but I had to decline because I'm on the rag.
